You get a plain‑language verdict, from Excellent match to Weak match, with a predicted fit and honest confidence — never more precision than the evidence supports.

The taste model
Every coffee gets a sensory fingerprint. So do you. A match is how closely they agree — and where they don’t.
Taste isn’t linear. You might love fruit‑forward coffees — except when brightness runs high and body runs light. Arosti learns thresholds, exceptions, and dealbreakers, not just averages. The radar is how it explains itself; the model underneath is richer.
Personal, not popular
The same five bags, predicted for one drinker — someone who loves body, nutty‑cocoa depth, and gentler brightness. Your shelf would rank differently. That’s the point.
And it scales: one photo of a shelf can rank every bag on it by your taste.
Trust
A prediction you can’t interrogate is just a number. Arosti is designed so you can see the reasoning — and so nothing can quietly bend it.

Match and confidence are separate. Sparse evidence gets cautious language, not false precision — the score never claims more than the evidence supports.
If sponsored content ever appears, it is clearly labeled. Commercial incentives never touch your match scores or your rankings. That is a product guarantee.
Ratings, notes, and scans are private by design, synced to your account, and deletable — completely, instantly — from inside the app.
